It arrived quick. And it was well packed to keep it's coldness and freshness. It really taste good not hard to take without food. Ive been taking it about 3 weeks and I can feel a difference, my knees don't make noise when I bend down. I can bend down easier. I'm almost done with my first jar, about to order again.
